The day encourages Australians to look out for family, friends, colleagues, and community members, and to really listen with compassion and without judgment.
By taking the time to connect and support one another, R U OK? Day helps build a culture where people feel safe to share what they’re going through and know they are not alone.

Mum Day and Kids play day!! Had such an amazing day, colleagues meet with the little ones, who were born weeks apart.🥳 🎉👪💕

Today our school came alive with colour, creativity, and imagination as students paraded in costumes inspired by their favourite book characters!

From magical wizards to brave adventurers, the parade was a joyful celebration of reading and storytelling. 🌟
