Infinite Breathwork

I had these words come to me in a recent plant medicine ceremony but I felt that were not just for me.

For anyone else that needed to hear these words, I see you.

☀️ PURA VIDA ☀️

Like always in life when you honour your heart callings and desires you will be guided to living more aligned then you could imagine.

My travels led me to Costa Rica again. A place where my soul feels grounded and at peace, where healing truely flourishes. They have a phrase here ‘Pura Vida’ and although it can be used in many situations, it is a positive expression of pleasure in life lived to its fullest, translating to ‘Pure Life, ‘Simple Life ‘. It’s a way of life and quite frankly it is the phrase that reveals the soul of the nation here, reminding us of what’s most important. When I first came here in 2019 I fell in love with the people, culture and biodiverse environment while every social exchange ended or started with this phrase whether it be passing on the street, checking in to accommodation or paying for coffee. Everywhere I went, pura vida was instilled into me like a shot of happiness in my day that you can’t help but feel it and live it too. Deep down it connects with my own values of how I choose to live life and create my lifestyle, based on the intention to actually LIVE and experience all of it that i can, while I can.

So in following the calling to return to my favourite country I was divinely supported in this decision and here I am 2.5 months in, by myself house sitting opposite the beach surrounded by jungle with monkey and sloths as my neighbours in the trees next door, waking up to the singing birds every morning and caring for horses, 2x dogs and a cat, cooking and eating things fresh from the garden, doing yoga everyday and riding my bike along the beach to get my groceries.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and joy and feel more connected to myself and Source than ever before . Even when money has gotten low the universe has always showed up with an opportunity like ‘hey I got you, here’s free accommodation or a new way to make income’.

Pura vida is definitely something we can all take away in our lives in the western world. How can you make a small change in your day to slow down, listen to your heart, breathe in gratitude for being alive with all that you already have and live your life to its fullest? 🤍

I’ve been quiet on here since Bali.

As amazing as the trip was it was also very intense professionally and personally. I’ve been in process internally and trying to ground again since my arrival back in Australia. My relationship with my phone and social media while away was minimal, trying to stay in the present as my mental state had become a little unstable with some PTSD relapsing.

As well as this I’ve been contemplating for a while how I want to show up on here. Comparing to all the other successful breathworkers and how/what they share but deep in my heart knowing the only way I can is authentically and vulnerably. I can’t pretend I’m more embodied and know it all in this field. Learning under Breathwork Bali was humbly an eye opener to the quality and standard I want to always be servicing my clients at and that also I’m going to forever be a student(which I loooove).

I’ve been in a deep state for a while of absorbing as much information from different sources but my values have never been clearer. Freedom, connection, learning, sharing and servicing to the best of my ability based off everything I am absorbing and discerning what information is most current.

Deep down I realise I just want to share. Share this practice, share knowledge, share inspiration and positivity, share self enquiry/development and share LIVING!

So I guess this is me saying, I’m on my own roadmap to health too. I’m on this journey with you and I thank all those that I’ve had the honor of being in session with so far. Being part of the human experience online and offline; in circle and personally is why I’m here.

I’m really excited for the future of this work, not just in breathwork but in alternative healing practices too. This is the community I want to be part of and feel most aligned with.

We are headed to Bali!!!🌴

After some months of building InfiniteB from the ground up and having some successful events ran in Perth and Denmark, some amazing opportunities aligned in Bali to get experience with South Korean groups and to learn with team.

Super excited to expand knowledge, networks and exposure internationally whilst also going back to the tropical paradise. This work is so aligned and we love being part of creating spaces for people to heal. Our goals are to share this around the world and this may be the trip where it is starting to come to fruition🥳

♾ Fun fact. I lived in Bali for 6 months pre-covid English teaching and was meant to go back so I can’t wait to reunite with my Bali fam and support the locals again but this time with my best friend (we were also there the same time and he met the guy I was living with in Ulu months before I moved in ahhh the synchronicities) 🥰
