I have been quiet , in the background , my season : mothering.

My beloved youngest daughter has been increadible ill for a few months : and sometimes that is just the initiation of what needs to be done and said.

Slow down, take a breath, re assess and re evaluate what is the values to live after. My work requires me being in flow and in presence of my own body, mind and heart. Setting things up, online and physical environment made me tip over to the other end of just that!

I love to work together with all my energetics inside as well as outside ; however when tipping over to one side ; nature tends to re balance itself; and you with children will know; child gets sick in the”worst” timing

I’m always in gratitude to my life , in all the messy and hard days. And I decided to bring back equilibrium and balance so my daughter can go through whatever she needs to go through with help of her mamas calm, balanced and safe nervous system.

I will be back when she is ready to let me go; I’m grateful for how I’m setting things up to be able to be this free with my kids.

Can’t wait to sit with women and daughters again.

I have had a break from social media as my youngest daughter Neave has whooping cough!

Any parents out there been dealing with this, knows the struggle

As much as I love to be with my children everyday and every hour ; I do love a good temple day and circles work with other fellow women and daughters
