Having a worm farm is a great way to produce your own organic fertilizer and reducing emissions by composting food scraps in a
natural way.
Earth worms (different suitable species according to your geographical area) are pretty amazing creatures. They are easy to raise, make a fun little project for kids, and if treated properly will give you 1 of the most amazing fertilizers in form of worm castings and/or worm tea.
