Our small, dynamic, and friendly team is currently seeking a Casual & Full-time Roof Plumber and Labourer for a busy family-owned business.
Great rates and job stability. Casual with the potential to become Full Time.
We are a growing roofing company operating in Perth's South and Western Suburbs, with our home base in Bibra Lake.
Jobs will range from general maintenance to large domestic jobs, which include all roof and gutter works.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Metal Roofing
Roof laying
Re-roofing
Fascia and Gutter removals and installation
Waterflow management
Downpipe removals and installation
Flashing removals and installation
Painting
General labour duties
Compliance with WHS practices
Working days will be Monday to Friday.
Relevant Experience, Certificates and Licenses
Residential / Commercial works
Roof renovation.
Roof maintenance.
Water-flow Management (down-pipes, gutters, soak-wells)
Experience using a variety of tools and equipment to complete roofing projects safely
Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines while completing works
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions efficiently
Excellent communication
Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy materials
Must have an up-to-date; White Card, Working at Heights, Drivers License, and reliable transport.
Must be reliable, honest, have a good attitude, and have common sense

* Certificate III in Roof Plumbing or equivalent.
* Current WA C Class license.
* Residential and commercial trade experience with roof renovation, metal roof installation & water flow management.
* Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
* Knowledge of a worksite.
* Time Management skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team.

Full Time Position - Mon-Fri - Salary Negotiable
