It gives you motivation and you will focus on the priorities that helps you achieve your goals faster and easier.

When you define your goals, you give yourself a target to reach and a timeline to achieve them.

๐Ÿฅ‚2022๐Ÿฅ‚The best time for new beginnings is now. This will be the year where dreams will come true;

I am bringing with me for 2022 only good things about last year. I am carrying memories, knowledge, my friendship, my family and lots of love.

I am looking forward to share with you my postpartum journey, the exercises that I am slowly introducing to make my body strong.

I am so excited to share not only this but all the information I am learning from the diastasis recti course that I am doing. ( - while I breastfeed I am watching the courses videos).๐Ÿ™ˆ

๐Ÿ“ According to Australianโ€™s guideline, exercises in the supine position (lying on back) should be avoided after the first trimester or 16 weeks gestation. After that period, the exercises in this position should be performed on your side, sitting or standing as a safe alternative. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

Learn. Review it. Do it! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Although I havenโ€™t finished the Barre 2.0 course, I always feel inspired and use some of their sequences in my classes. ๐Ÿ˜…

Here is a short, but very efficient sequence that will keep your body burning calories for longer.

I am using the medium strength mini band. Feel free to pick the band that will challenge you.

If you donโ€™t have bands in hands, could be weights, elastic tubesโ€ฆ
