It’s been a gruelling year of being in preparation for the ICN Body Comp, with sickness, work life, mum life, training, menopause, wife, mum, nutrition, no real social life, hibernating from outings but most of all knowing that being in my 50’s I can still do this sh*t💪🏼 it is harder as you get older but if you stick to your commitments, mindset and motivation to keep powering on I promise you that you’ll be able to achieve anything 👌
I’m just trying to be the best version of myself and an inspiration to my family that no matter you can do it
Thankyou to you all who have inspired me to keep hand your support 🩷
