So yesterday was great fun at the Busselton Chamber of Commerce and Industry women's lunch held at Tonic By The Bay which is such a divine natural spot to talk.

And a great place for our Founder Lisa Kazalac to share more of her journey and specifically about the severe chronic health issues she has faced these past 4 years.

The context though is how the mantra of Gruuv-ed and her favourite quite "be comfortable with being uncomfortable" which Lisa has been saying to herself ever since she started this busienss almost 6 years ago has held her in good stead for the horrible health journey she has been on.

The focus was on showing how the gruuv-ed program helps us as human beings to navigate any level of challenge or problem we face and to find out true north within and externally.

Lisa then took the guests on a fashion extravaganza with her latest busienss Miss Sartorial and we saw a glimpse of her epic fur and frock collection now available for hire!

Plus she wore, of course a MISS E.Q. number and one of our guests Sana Turnock won the door prize for a made to measure Miss.E.Q. design!
