Meet Ash 👋

For nearly a year and a half, Ash has been creating those "I can't believe I just did that" moments at Venture Swan Valley.

With experience from adventure centres across Malaysia and Melbourne, and at our sister brand Swan Valley Adventure Centre, Ash brings a wealth of outdoor expertise to every session.

Corporate teams pushing past their limits, tackling high ropes courses, stepping into new challenges - Ash is there for all of them, encouraging, teaching, and maybe throwing in a little friendly competition.

"I love meeting new people and inspiring them to try new things. Seeing someone build their confidence by stepping out of their comfort zone and overcome challenges they didn't think they were capable of is incredibly rewarding."

Recently, we hosted RugbyWA's inaugural Coach and Match Officials Workshop - a day focused on better collaboration, clearer communication, and alignment, all in support on the development of WA pathway players.

We're looking forward to what our program partnership with Rugby WA brings as we provide team-building spaces for coaches, match officials, and the wider rugby community working to develop the next generation of WA rugby.

Huge congratulations to WACA - Western Australian Cricket Association on the Perth Scorchers Big Bash League championship.

Before the season began, the WA Cricket men's team joined us for a pre-season camp – pushing through challenges together, building trust and strengthening the bonds that carry a team through a long season.

From crate stacking and canoeing to the leap of faith and commando course, the groundwork for the season ahead was laid right here in the valley.

To see the team go all the way is something special. We're proud to have played a small part in the journey.

Centurion recently hosted over 30 members of their management team at Venture for an immersive, multi-day leadership boot camp 🌿
