Today, we began exploring the beauty of body rhythm — an essential element & foundation of Chinese classical dance. Through movement, breath, & expression, we connect not only with technique, but also with the depth of Chinese cultural artistry.
It was wonderful to see everyone’s energy, focus, & passion in the studio ✨

⭐ Event highlights: Buddha’s Birthday Festival Participation ⭐
💕 Chung Wah Dance was honoured to participate in the Buddha’s Birthday Festival held yesterday at Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple Western Australia - 佛光山西澳道場 🙏🌸
The event was beautifully organised, featuring the traditional Bathing the Buddha ceremony, cultural performances, & vegetarian food stalls, creating a peaceful & meaningful atmosphere for all attendees.
💕 We are truly grateful for the opportunity to share our dance performance & to contribute to such a joyful community celebration of compassion, mindfulness, & harmony 💃✨
