But honestly, if you want to drastically lessen the chances of zapping your clients, the handpiece you use matters. Switching from a bipolar to a tripolar handpiece is a total game-changer. I rarely zap anyone now, which means a flawless, stress-free experience for the client. 🙌🏼

The neck is one of the most delicate areas we treat. Never, EVER use Radio Frequency directly over the thyroid gland (the center of the lower neck). Heating this area can cause severe internal damage and potentially send your client straight to the ER. 😩

RF isn’t something you just “wing.” You’re working with heat, time, and delicate anatomy, one wrong move can mean serious medical emergencies or severe BURNS, not collagen.
