🌟 Today is the very first AuDHD Day 🌟

AuDHD is a non-medical term for people who are both autistic and have ADHD. While each are distinct diagnoses, it’s believed that around 50–70% of autistic people also have ADHD.

Every AuDHDer has a unique mix of traits — sometimes they complement each other, and sometimes they conflict. This is why AuDHD is often missed or misunderstood.

AuDHD Day is a community-led initiative supported by organisations like ADHD Australia, raising awareness and encouraging greater understanding.

💜 Today, we celebrate the strengths of neurodiverse individuals and call for more inclusion, acceptance, and tailored support.

💙 Small Hours, Big Impact
Not every participant has a large plan. Sometimes it’s just a 2-hour shift — a walk, a meal, or a chat. But those moments matter.

Because care isn’t measured in hours. It’s measured in connection, dignity, and trust. 🌱

👉 What do you think makes the biggest impact — the time given, or how it’s given?

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Female only Support Worker to assist a participant based in Langford. This is a casual position for 15 hours per week.

Availability Required:
🕘 Monday morning
🕘 Wednesday morning
🕘 Thursday morning

Essential Requirements:
✅ Relevant qualification and experience in support work
✅ Valid First Aid Certificate
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
✅ Current WA Driver’s License
