SMALL SHIFTS MAKE BIG CHANGE 🏋🏻‍♂️💫
Make this your daily mantra! There is no need to constantly try to figure everything out in one day, give yourself permission to slooooww down.

Creating healthy long term habits from minor shifts is far more viable than trying to make drastic changes that perhaps only last a few weeks, or maybe only days!!

When it comes to your health, focus on the things you can introduce into to your day rather than getting hung up on what you think you “need to stop”. So instead of telling yourself “ok, no chocolate or lollies this week!!”, start by having a piece of fruit everyday and you make that your non-negotiable. Instead of driving to work and parking close to the building, perhaps you park your car a little farther away so you can walk a few more steps.

It’s about creating little bursts of goodness into your day, every day, and building on that as you go along. When you try and push 70 things at once - a new diet, a new gym regime, promising to meditate daily, booking in yoga once a week - you will burn out and be less inclined to want to make changes at all.

Creating a healthy lifestyle should be just that - a lifestyle. It isn’t about quick fixes and going from 0-100 real quick. Instead, find something small you can do daily that is of a positive nature and makes you feel GOOD!

3 SIMPLE MINDSET SHIFTS 💡 to get you feeling more positive and clear going into the week!

1️⃣ Play witness to your thoughts for one whole day! Don’t do anything about them, just notice them as they come up. Once you begin doing this daily, you begin to workout what situations trigger certain thoughts. P.S. Write them down! 📝 This way you’ll notice a pattern
2️⃣ Change your negative thought to a positive one. Instead of “why does this keep happening to me!?”, you could try “what is this current situation trying to show me about myself?”.
3️⃣ Spend one whole day acknowledging what you HAVE in your life instead of focusing on what you feel you don’t have. Like attracts like, the more you feel grateful about what you already have, you send powerful messages out to the universe that will come back ten fold!

I TURN INWARD FOR MY ANSWERS 💫 This is currently my daily mantra.

Far too often we rely on our own strength to make our decisions and deny the support of our spirit to guide us forward. Think about those little nudges we may receive throughout our day, that voice that says “nah sis, I don’t think so!” or the consistent signs we see that we totally ignore... This is our guidance. Sometimes our answers come up in completely different ways but the art to receiving them is to be still, release control and surrender to what you think you need to do.

The universe has a plan for you, far greater than that you’ve made on your own. Trust that the answers you seek are within you and spend each day relaxing and releasing. Notice yourself when you’re manic manifesting or trying to control a certain situation, call yourself out and make the conscious decision to release the reigns. Take a deep breath and relax into the moment. Right now I repeat, “thank you spirit, for revealing to me the answers of the highest good”. And your prayer can be whatever you want it to be but it’s to help bring you inward!

ARE YOU STILL HAVING FUN? 🥳 A question I really want you to ask yourself. I listened to a wonderful podcast via the I am apart of with and she explained how sometimes we tend to not celebrate the journey we’re on until we reach our specific goal, achievement, credential or financial attainment.

Feeling good, in anything we do is the first and in my eyes the only way to really manifest our hopes and desires. When we don’t feel good, are not having fun, not feeling joyful in our day-to-day life we bring to us a lot of lack. So, with that in mind and if feeling good holds the key to a life of love and fulfilment, how come we associate “making it” with the finality? Have we not already “made it”, if we are having fun and feeling good!?

If you’re genuinely feeling good about the journey you’re on, regardless of how close you are to obtaining a goal then be proud of that! CELEBRATE that! If you’re currently questioning whether you should keep on the path you’re on right now, that perhaps you should give up because you’re not where you thought you would be by now, just ask yourself, am I having fun? If the answer is yes, keep moving forward! Keep going. YOU’VE MADE IT! Living in this state is only going to bring more goodness to you and slowly overtime you’ll be less focused on the end prize but the journey itself and how amazing it is 💖
