I didn’t have to share this, but I value keeping it real.

This year took me across the world. The USA, Bali, Thailand, and Mexico. Beautiful moments, family time, milestones, and also grief and heaviness I didn’t share publicly.

Life isn’t amazing 24/7. There are highs and there are lows, often existing at the same time. I don’t want to only share the highlight reel or pretend everything is perfect.

Right now, the most honest thing is doing less, slowing down, and choosing real-life connection over performance.

I’ll be stepping offline for a bit. Not sure when I’ll be back, but this is me being real about where I’m at.

If you’re interested in health and wellness tech or creating leveraged income online, everything is still available through my links and you’ll be supported through that process.

With love,
Dayan

Do you ever take social media breaks because of your intuition?

Let’s talk about the word “expensive” in the health and wellness space.

Is it actually expensive?

Or is it that you haven’t prioritized it?

Or that you don’t currently have the funds allocated for it?

Or that you still see health, healing, or wellness support as a cost, instead of an investment in the very thing that makes everything else in your life possible, your wellbeing?

Or have you absorbed the cultural script that anything related to nourishment, prevention, personal growth, or healing is “too much,” while never questioning what you spend elsewhere?

Because here’s the thing…if you haven’t connected that your body, your energy, and your nervous system are your greatest assets, then everything designed to support and elevate them will look like an unnecessary expense.

And when health feels optional, the price of disease becomes inevitable.

Now, let’s bring this back to your health and wellness business.

If you’re in the health and wellness industry, you’ve heard it:

“That cleanse is so expensive.”
“I can’t afford those sessions.”
“Maybe next month.”
“I need to think about it.”

Meanwhile, the same people saying that are:

• Upgrading phones every year
• Buying designer activewear to look the part, not feel the part
• Spending thousands on Botox, fillers, and hair extensions
• Drinking $7 coffees daily without blinking
• Booking holidays to escape their life instead of changing it

It’s never been about money.

It’s about what people value.

And society has conditioned people to value image, convenience, and instant gratification over the one thing that determines the quality of their life: Their health.

Expensive isn’t a number, it’s a hierarchy of priorities.

Your offers aren’t “too much.”
They’re simply not aligned with someone who still sees wellness as optional.

Your work is for the people who understand:

• Prevention is cheaper than cure
• Healing is cheaper than repeating patterns
• Nervous system work is cheaper than burnout
• Conscious living is cheaper than disease
• Investing in themselves is cheaper than ignoring the truth

Those people don’t need convincing.

They don’t debate price.
They ask when they can begin.

Your job as a health and wellness professional is not to convince, justify, explain and defend.

Your job is to get your work in front of people who value vitality, longevity, and agency, people who understand that investing in their body, energy, and wellbeing yields a lifetime return.

Because here’s what’s actually really fu***ng expensive: Not healing, not taking care of your health, waiting until your body forces you to listen.

The right clients know this.

And they don’t say “I can’t afford it.”

They say, “How can I make this work?”

With love and gratitude,
Dayan

Ps. Photo post my 1:1 polarity session where I sobbed for nearly an hour, and had to take a pic after to post with my post session post in our private fb group as part of the work I’m doing to accept myself as I am without trying to manipulate how others will perceive me.

What if improving your health could also change your finances?

This week, I watched women do both, and it started with one decision.

With love and gratitude,

The Woman Behind Luv n Health

Hello!

I’m Dayan, a normal (but hungry) woman who simply believed there had to be more to life and refused to settle.

You see, I was born in Mexico but my parents emigrated to the United States when I was 6 months old to give me a better life. I was then raised in Oakland, California (yes rated #5 of Americas most dangerous cities), so I had to grow up tough and inevitably super determined to give my children a better life than what I lived through.

I was the first in my family to go to college (university for those outside the US), study abroad (Sevilla, Spain), all with the help of scholarships and financial aid, and lots of hours applying for this help, and graduate.
