We worked closely with the owner from the beginning and looked at various locations to best house the new facility. We took time to work with the client to visit their existing space to ensure we facilitated their needs when creating the floor plan and worked through the list of inclusions and budget.
We then helped Melissa through the planning, drawing and Council stage to eliminate some stress with this process.
We began demolition and remodelling of the original space prior to commencing construction and we then set about delivering the amazing new facility in just 9 weeks(In a building boom) and on Budget.
We thank Melissa Sgro and her great staff for the opportunity to bring their dream studio alive and we know that they have a very exciting next chapter with this studio being one of the best in Perth.
