Baby Sleep with Sarah Rhodes

Nate, 12 months old, Brabham.

I went to see Nate’s brother 4 years ago, now baby number 2 was waking in the night, could be awake for HOURS every night, mum working full time was exhausted.

Now he is settling easily, sleeping 6.30pm-6.30am and having good day sleeps. Even transfers in his sleep 🙌

Matthew 17 months old, South Guildford.

Was feeding and rocked to sleep, feeding twice in the night. Had been to sleep school, day sleeps improved but nights were still a big problem. Incredibly stressful on mum, she felt exhausted and like a zombie some days. It would take hours to settle him at night and in the night.

Now Matthew is on the right routine, we tweaked his bedding, he falls asleep easily, sleeps 2 hours in the day and 11-12 hours at night. Mum is well rested and feels human again. Hooray.
