Friday 19th June – Love

Keep opening your heart and softening the mind, wherever the mind comes in to overly judge, criticise or keep you looping (keeping in the present with) what has been, what you deemed at the time or now on reflection as being not right or good (response, action, choice), past experiences and even little minute details of interactions, conversations that you haven’t thought of or remembered in twenty years or more may be randomly popping in and/or within dreams. All the circumstances where you could have, should have, did, didn’t that leave you wondering why has that come back up and why am I remembering this now? Perhaps you can see where you would now do differently or see the theme of what you were learning within it at the time. It’s not for you to judge yourself now on or feel stupid about or wish things went differently or A.B.C. may have been. It’s just for you to just ‘see, observe’ and let go of. As you allow the mind, the ego, the personality to soften its perceptions you allow the heart to open and love to shine through, sink into its embrace, its love, feel the love present within you, that does not judge, does not dwell on what has been, for it does not matter what has been, for the heart, the Soul has only ever seen you as perfect in all your parts. It does not judge you.

Let what has been fall way from the mind and allow your heart to step forth and embrace a new day, a new day that you get to choose how you love yourself, how you show up, you get to choose to show up as Love, to show up as the fresh new beauty that you are and embrace all that this day has to offer you. Let the love, the beauty and the magic of your Soul, of you, shine forth like the di-IAM-ond that you are.
What comes up that feels uncomfortable, that feels heavy are the parts of us that we have carried (and stored physically within the body) that are not in alignment with the Love that we are, it comes to the surface so we can be free of anything that has stood in the way of our hearts freedom, the freedom to truly know the Love that we are and are of.

Monday 8th June – Todays Messages with Love

A renewal has been taking place within the heart, an opening and expansion of love energy. It has called us to go within, it has presented for many as the want to be quieter, a space of reflection and softening we have been moving through if you have listened and been guided by the heart’s and your needs. It has taken us back over old ground in mind, in emotion, in dreams, and in some situations and circumstances that have been coming up. It has been showing us what we still moving through, what we are done with, and beautifully so much of where we have learned, grown and evolved. As the heart has opened further it has brought a desire for greater peace, less fuss, less push from old programs and beliefs that we have to be, do and we have felt the hearts pull to flow, to be better at listening to our needs and what we truly want, what is truly supportive, nourishing for the body, mind and spirit.

Keep trusting the direction you are heading in, even if you feel you don’t have a direction, its all a part of it, it has been such a journey and it continues as the heart opens wider, as the authentic self shines through more and more, to detangle and dissolve the habits, the patterns, the ways in which we have been quick to judge or control our lives, this is what we have been working towards, freedom, fluidity, TRUST and remembrance. Focusing on the now and what we are choosing in the moment helps us be present, not in the past, not in the future but now for in the now we are creating our future, planting seeds, feeding energy to what we are focused upon and thus creating.

What isn’t for us, what we are choosing that isn’t any longer in alignment for us now you will feel within your being, your body will speak to you first, your mind will have pop in thoughts that is your subconscious speaking to you, listen to it, listen to the heart and follow it. Trust yourself. Deep levels of responsibility for the self is what we are walking, looking within, not seeking to shift blame outside of us but look within us to what we can change, heal, bring forgiveness, acceptance, peace to. Things will continue to show up to get your attention, what is it showing you? Old patterns, need for balance and greater self-support, boundaries, or something that is needing healing or letting go of. Emotional release comes in strongly and you may not know what or why you feel how you do, let the tears fall, let it out however it is presenting, a lot of residual energy within the emotional body is seeking voice and release. Be aware of the people in your life as the teachers they are as you are to they; we learn so much and grow, expand through relationships with others, if you are having challenging situations or repeating circumstances look to what it is trying to show you so you can move past the pattern, the story and receive the beautiful gift and wisdom within it for you. As the heart energy has been expanding you may now find that you are able to see within certain relationships in new ways, a need to soften, to take your walls down a little, you are more able to see and feel where you have been protecting yourself but you are ready to open more, to be a little more vulnerable and ‘seen’, feel more ready to have more heart open conversations that really shift, open and evolve some relationships. And as you do the fears that you have been carrying, through lifetime after lifetime are coming away, they are dissolving on the wings of (your) love and readiness to live a more aligned authentic life. And with this you are opening your energy to draw to you new possibility for yourself not shaped by the old but birthed through faith, trust and powerful/filled love.
