🌿 Spiral Stabilization (SpS) Beginners Classes – Late February

Our Spiral Stabilization (SpS) Beginners Classes are starting late February, running on Thursdays at 5:30pm at Hills Massage, Kalamunda.

SpS is a gentle yet powerful exercise system designed to improve posture, reduce back and joint pain, and build strength and stability from the inside out. It’s especially beneficial if you’re managing ongoing pain, want better movement confidence, or haven’t felt supported by traditional exercise.

Class details:
• 6-week beginners program + catch-up class
• Small, supervised group
• $180 for the program
• SpS rope $65 (purchased separately)
