We're back to deliver our Movement for Healthy Ageing program with 🎉

The program includes slow, guided stretches, gentle strengthening exercises, breathwork, and light mobility movements to help reduce stiffness, improve circulation, enhance balance, and support falls prevention.

Delivered by Patches' Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists, you'll leave feeling looser, lighter, and more connected to your body in a supportive and welcoming environment 🧘‍♀️
