If your headline doesn’t grab attention, the rest of your copy doesn’t stand a chance.

Whether it’s your website, a blog, a newsletter or even an ad - the headline is what decides if someone keeps reading… or keeps scrolling.

If you want to write stronger headlines that actually get clicked, here are a few tips to start with:

1️⃣ Spend more time on it.
Your headline isn’t just a label - it’s doing the heavy lifting. Give it as much thought as the rest of your content combined.

2️⃣ Speak to what your reader actually cares about.
Use words they would say. Speak to the problem they’re trying to solve. And avoid clever puns that only make sense in your head.

3️⃣ Be clear about the value.
Ask yourself: what’s in it for the reader? What will they learn, feel, or gain if they keep reading? If that’s not obvious from the headline, keep going.
