Was a great weekend at Meatstock Gippsland.
Friday was the Steak Cookoff Association competition and we managed to nail a 2nd and 4th in the double steak cookoff.
Rolled into the Australasian Barbecue Alliance cookoff today and hit some good form and brought home some hardware.

2nd Pork
7th Lamb
3rd Brisket
Good enough for Reserve Grand Champion 🏆. Congrats to Jimmy Brisket on the GC.
Big thanks to our mate Mick Brennan for giving us a hand all weekend and Daniel Barrett for the loan of the equipment.
