Happy Monday everyone! 😊 I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

I certainly did! Yesterday was my birthday, so my hubby and I treated ourselves to a night away at the beautiful Sofitel Broadbeach on Saturday. It was the perfect way to celebrate, and to top it off, England progressed through to the semi-finals of the World Cup. We then headed out for a lovely birthday dinner last night.

I've truly been spoilt this weekend, and I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to send me birthday wishes, messages, and kind words. I honestly appreciate every single one of them, and they made my day even more special. 😍

Important update for anyone with potential European citizenship who plans to travel to Europe from late 2026 onwards. ✈️🌍

The new ETIAS travel authorisation is currently expected to launch in the last quarter of 2026.

If you travel on an Australian passport but are also an EU citizen—or may be entitled to EU citizenship through your parents or grandparents—this is something to be aware of.

Once ETIAS begins, EU citizens will not be eligible to apply for it. Instead, you'll be expected to enter Europe using a valid EU passport rather than your Australian passport. 🛂

If you've been thinking about confirming your European citizenship or applying for your EU passport, it's worth getting the process underway sooner rather than later. Citizenship recognition and passport applications can take several months, so starting early can help avoid travel delays or complications in the future. ⏳🇪🇺

Can you believe we're already halfway through the year? 😲 Goodbye June... hello July! 🌊✈️

June was a busy month, planning amazing adventures for both new and returning clients. I also have several clients travelling at the moment, and it's been wonderful watching their holidays unfold.

July is already shaping up to be another busy month, with lots of new enquiries coming through. Some trips aren't until late 2027, which just goes to show that planning ahead really does pay off!

I'm especially excited because July is my birthday month! 🥳 It will be a month filled with celebrations, catch-ups with friends, a night away at Broadbeach, and a trip to Sydney at the end of the month to visit my son.

Of course, my laptop comes everywhere with me, so whether I'm at home or away, I'm always just a phone call or email away. My clients can travel with confidence knowing I'm available if they need assistance while they're overseas or on holiday.
