Local charities are at capacity and are not always able to accept clothing - which shows there’s a clear gap for community‑led reuse before donations even reach charities.

The Springfield Clothing Reuse Project focuses on keeping clothing circulating within the community and out of landfill through practical reuse.

Thank you to the local neighbours who donated clothing to be kept in circulation within our community.

These items were able to be passed on to the community centre for their drive last Friday and rehomed.

I’m available for free local women’s clothing pickups Thursday to Saturday this week if anyone is decluttering and would like items kept in circulation locally.

At the moment I collect directly from you (there’s no drop-off location).
