Pandanus Workforce is seeking an experienced Mobile Slewing Crane Operator (Franna) holding a current CN High Risk Licence to join a major marine and infrastructure project in Darwin.

This is not your standard crane role.

We're looking for a team player who is willing to jump off the crane and assist with formwork, carpentry and general construction activities when lifting operations are not underway.

✅ Current CN Licence
✅ Experience operating Franna cranes on construction projects
✅ Formwork / Carpentry experience highly regarded
✅ White Card
✅ Ability to work safely in a busy construction environment
✅ Marine, Civil or Defence project experience advantageous

We're looking for two (2) experienced Excavator Operators who are confident working around underground services (PUP) and tight access areas.

This is a hands-on role. You'll spend time on the machine and be expected to jump on the ground and assist the crew when required.

▪️ White Card & Driver Licence
▪️ Ability to pass medical & D&A
▪️ Clean record and ability to obtain Defence clearance
