Strength + Mobility class
Deepen your physical awareness with this mindful movement class. Beginning with a grounding meditation, you’ll be challenging yourself from a place of calm attentiveness. We’ll use the gymnastics rings, hanging and inversions for the upper body, whilst strengthening and mobilising the lower body joints through a variety of ranges. Movement variations are tailored for both beginners and advanced practitioners. You’ll leave feeling free, light and relaxed in your body and ready to melt into sleep as the class finishes with guided breath-work and relaxation meditation.
