Today kicked off with some deep work for Jon, Lionel & Si’s upcoming retreat Two Ears One Mouth…

Then we headed down to the creek for a cold plunge 🥶 and right as we stepped in, the rain started pouring. Somehow that just made the whole moment even more peaceful… cold water below, fresh rain above.

After the plunge we pulled out the breath instrument for a little session, and that’s when the mozzies decided it was open season on us.

So there we were… rain falling, creek flowing, breath instruments humming… and a swarm of mozzies joining the ceremony uninvited. Nature in full swing. 😅
