It's been a WHILE !!

Lots has happened in 4 years,

What is important is I'm ready to step into the world of Movement Specialist once again.... I've relocated to the south west which has been a huge challenge on the "finding a home" front.

The benefit of having a 'moving' mindset is that even in the darkest of days there are always options. I have a plethora of tools in my belt and they get easier and easier to implement (even in the most trying times).

I'm already building a solid client base here in the south west. Recently I have had some amazing job offers working with humans who are fully choosing themselves and their health.

I'll share more as it all comes into fruition. The day dreams are gaining momentum and I'm m excited for what the future will bring in the realm of optimal health and vitality.
