If treatment has left your body feeling stiff and achy, gentle movement can help.
You don't need to exercise. You don't need to push through pain. But small, gentle movements throughout the day can ease stiffness, improve circulation, and help you feel more comfortable in your body.
Simple movements that can help:
- Shoulder rolls while sitting
- Gentle neck stretches
- Ankle circles
- Slow arm raises
- Cat-cow stretches if you're comfortable on the floor
Even two minutes of gentle movement can make a difference. Listen to your body. Move at your own pace. Stop if something hurts.
Movement is medicine when it feels good, not when it feels like punishment. 💙
