Recently, the QCMS club teams came together for a team bonding night filled with bowling, plenty of laughs, a little healthy competition, and valuable time to connect outside their day-to-day.

With resident clubs spread right across Victoria, our communities may be geographically separate, but our teams are never isolated. Through our Working Groups, team members from different clubs regularly collaborate, share ideas, solve challenges together, and support one another across communities.

Bringing our teams together in person just helps strengthen those connections even further, allowing knowledge, experience, and learnings from one community to benefit many others.

At QCMS, we believe strong communication, connection, and continuous learning don’t just happen in meetings or training sessions. Sometimes they happen over pizza, team conversations, and the occasional unexpected strike down the bowling lane.

Because when teams share ideas, experiences, and support, our communities benefit too.
