Journal/Ledger Entry:
Prepare and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions.

Correspond With Purchase Dept:
Correspond with purchase dept and work as one team for properly handling supplier.

Patty Cash Handle:
Determine the appropriate amount of petty cash needed based on the frequency and size of minor expenses. This fund is typically kept in a secure location.

Understanding of VAT & Taxation:
Have a basic understanding of taxation principles and regulations to ensure compliance.

Inventory/Asset Management:
Monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly, or Yearly counts of all kinds of assets or inventory of the company for internal auditing.

Prime Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank.

Ensure proper card activation and encourage supplementary card usage.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, ensure fraud-free onboarding.

Collect information on market trends, products, peer bank strategy and propose new initiate to line managers.

Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and share with line manager.

বাংলাদেশের সাবেক সফল প্রধানমন্ত্রী বেগম খালেদা জিয়া–এর রাজনৈতিক জীবন থেকে বর্তমান সময়ের রাজনীতিবিদদের জন্য বহু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শিক্ষা ও উপলব্ধি রয়েছে। বিশেষ করে গণতন্ত্র, নেতৃত্ব ও রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে নিচের বিষয়গুলো গভীরভাবে ভাবা প্রয়োজন—

১. গণতান্ত্রিক মূল্যবোধে দৃঢ়তা

বেগম খালেদা জিয়া সংসদীয় গণতন্ত্র, ভোটাধিকার ও বহুদলীয় রাজনীতির পক্ষে অবস্থান নিয়েছেন। ক্ষমতার বাইরে থেকেও গণতন্ত্রের প্রশ্নে আপসহীন থাকা একজন রাজনীতিবিদের বড় গুণ—এটা আজকের রাজনীতিতে খুবই প্রয়োজন।

২. নেতৃত্বে ধৈর্য ও সহনশীলতা

দীর্ঘ রাজনৈতিক সংগ্রামে তিনি নানা সংকট, আন্দোলন ও প্রতিকূলতা মোকাবিলা করেছেন। ব্যক্তিগত আঘাত ও রাজনৈতিক চাপের মধ্যেও নেতৃত্ব ধরে রাখার ধৈর্য বর্তমান রাজনীতিবিদদের জন্য বড় শিক্ষা।

৩. জাতীয় স্বার্থকে অগ্রাধিকার

রাষ্ট্রীয় সার্বভৌমত্ব, স্বাধীন পররাষ্ট্রনীতি ও জাতীয় স্বার্থ রক্ষায় তিনি দৃঢ় অবস্থান নিয়েছেন। দলীয় স্বার্থের ঊর্ধ্বে উঠে দেশের স্বার্থ ভাবার মানসিকতা আজ খুব প্রয়োজন।

৪. নারীর নেতৃত্বে অনুপ্রেরণা

পুরুষশাসিত রাজনীতিতে একজন সফল নারী প্রধানমন্ত্রী হিসেবে তার উত্থান নারী নেতৃত্বের জন্য অনন্য উদাহরণ। বর্তমান রাজনীতিতে নারীদের আরও বেশি অন্তর্ভুক্ত করার শিক্ষা এখান থেকেই আসে।

৫. বিরোধী মতের প্রতি সহনশীলতা

তার শাসনামলে বিরোধী রাজনৈতিক শক্তি ও মত প্রকাশের পরিসর ছিল তুলনামূলকভাবে উন্মুক্ত—এটি গণতান্ত্রিক সংস্কৃতির গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দিক, যা বর্তমান রাজনীতিতে অনুশীলন করা জরুরি।

৬. রাজনৈতিক শালীনতা ও ভাষার সংযম

রাজনৈতিক মতবিরোধ থাকলেও ব্যক্তিগত আক্রমণ ও অশালীন ভাষা এড়িয়ে চলার চর্চা ছিল বেশি। আজকের রাজনীতিতে শালীনতা ফিরিয়ে আনার জন্য এটি বড় শিক্ষা।

৭. ত্যাগ ও সংগ্রামের রাজনীতি

সহজ পথে নয়, দীর্ঘ আন্দোলন, কারাবরণ ও ত্যাগের মধ্য দিয়ে তিনি রাজনীতি করেছেন। ক্ষমতাকে নয়, আদর্শকে গুরুত্ব দেওয়ার উপলব্ধি এখান থেকেই আসে।

৮. প্রতিষ্ঠান গঠনের গুরুত্ব

দলীয় সংগঠন শক্তিশালী করা, তৃণমূল নেতৃত্ব তৈরি এবং রাজনৈতিক প্রতিষ্ঠান টিকিয়ে রাখার দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি বর্তমান রাজনীতিবিদদের নতুন করে ভাবতে শেখায়।
