Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Create social media content
• Design daily creatives using Canva (banners, posts, project updates)
• Manage social media pages: post scheduling, inbox replies & comment handling
• video shooting & basic editing
• Update and maintain the company website
• Plan & execute online promotion strategies & prepare monthly reports
• Research real-estate trends & generate fresh content ideas

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media marketing
• Ability to run, manage & optimize Meta Ads
• Proficiency in Canva (must)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred)
• Write clear & engaging content in English & Bangla
• Basic knowledge of website updates (WordPress is a plus)
• Creative mindset & attention to detail

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CSE, Business, or related field (education flexible if candidate has strong skills)
• Freshers may apply if they have the required skills

Experience:

• 1–2 years in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Content Creation
• Real-estate experience is an added advantage

Salary:

• Negotiable based on skills & experience
