𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: The Cloud Security Engineer will be responsible for designing,
implementing, and managing security solutions using Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Purview, Entra ID and other related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud security, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for protecting organizational assets from cyber threats.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Security Design and Implementation: Design and implement security solutions
using Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, Purview and other related technologies to protect cloud, hybrid infrastructure and applications.
• Threat Detection and Response: Monitor and analyze security alerts, investigate
potential security incidents, and respond to threats in a timely manner.
• Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce security policies,
procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and
regulations.
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and
pe*******on testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• Security Automation: Automate security processes and workflows to improve
efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT and security teams to ensure seamless
integration of security solutions and effective incident response.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to educate
employees on security best practices and emerging threats.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends,
technologies, and threats, and continuously improve security measures to protect
the organization.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in cloud security, with a focus on Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and other related technologies. Candidates with experience not only in Microsoft security technologies but also with competitor products such as IBM, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Fortinet or AWS/GCP native security solutions are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SIEM, XDR, Firewall, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data and Information Protection, Cloud Security Posture Management Solution tools and technologies
• Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
Azure Security Engineer Associate, Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP), or other cloud security certifications are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with
stakeholder.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of Microsoft Cloud services and other non-Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals through innovative technology solutions.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
▪️Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the solutions provided.
▪️Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure they are getting the most value from the services.
▪️Solution Implementation: Assist customers in implementing Microsoft Cloud services and other non-Microsoft solutions.
▪️Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers to help them effectively use the solutions and address any issues they may encounter.
▪️Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to enhance the solutions and services provided.
▪️Renewals and Upselling: Work with the sales team to manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions to existing customers.
▪️Performance Monitoring: Monitor customer usage and performance metrics to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes and address any issues proactively.
▪️Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
➡️Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Management, IT, or a related field.
➡️Experience: Some experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Cloud services and other non-Microsoft solutions.
➡️Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud services and other non-Microsoft solutions.
➡️Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft Cloud services or other non-Microsoft solutions are a plus.
