To raise awareness about mental health and ensure that people can help themselves and others when it gets too heavy on the heart, TRBC is partnering up with Mindspace | Mental Health Awareness in a fabulous initiative.

Even though we get deeply affected by mental health issues every now and then, how often do we share these with others? As difficult as it is, talking things out and discussing them lets us alleviate some pain. It's extremely helpful and cathartic. But then again, finding a safe space to talk about these issues is also hard to find. Be it any organization or any campaign, mental health care always focuses on healing from mental wounds and speaking about it. And so, organizations like Mindspace; Mental health awareness give a safe chance to carry it out.

As the series “𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲" continues, we present the second part of this series that revolves around Menstruation.

A lot of stigmas about menstruation are quite constant around us even to this day. By discussing and making people aware of this important issue in our society, the stigmas can be toned down and even be erased. This second episode mentions those stigmas and the realities behind it.

It is still surreal to us how much this family has grown over the span of one year.
From coming up with genius ideas to executing them through our very own aesthetics- it is all ensured by these brilliant people. They're the wheels of TRBC and we can't help but feel a sense of gratitude that we ever crossed paths with each other.

So here's to one year with these amazing people and hopefully many more.
