Product Description:
FlexiPot is an expandable and flexible gardening pot. This plant pot can be expanded (manually) when needed to accommodate plant growth and contracted when necessary to save storage space. Most pots come in a fixed form, which compels garderners to Re-pot their growing plant to another new pot. This process could be problematic for both the plant and its gardener. For the Plant, instances like tearing/snapping of roots, stem or leaf breakage, soil contamination, transplant shock (due to sudden change in soil type, moisture or pot size)- are some of the most common and lethal mishaps. As for the Gardener; it is inconvenient time consuming. ‘Flexipot’ aims to solve both of these (Plant and Gardener) aspects as it's an expandable plant pot that can eliminate the need for re-potting. It can be expanded as required and filled up with new soil, allowing the plant to grow without moving/repotting it. The selected material for this pot is Polypropylene Homopolymer (PPH) which is going to used for injection molding in order to make the pot.

Product Description:
The Secured Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) is designed to address critical challenges present in traditional voting systems, including vote tampering, identity fraud, and lack of transparency. The primary objective of this project is to establish a secure, accurate, and efficient voting process that enhances voter confidence and trust.
This system integrates advanced security mechanisms such as voter authentication through biometric verification (fingerprint) or ID-based validation. Votes are securely stored using encryption techniques, ensuring data integrity and protection against unauthorized access. Additionally, the system is designed to be tamper-resistant, preventing any external manipulation or interference.
To maintain fairness, the EVM ensures that each voter can cast only one vote while preserving complete anonymity. The interface is simple and user-friendly, making it accessible for individuals from all educational backgrounds.
The system is developed using microcontrollers, fingerprint sensors, and secure embedded programming. High-quality electronic components are used to ensure durability, reliability, and consistent performance.

Product Description :Soil plays a vital role in plant growth and agricultural production, as the quality of soil directly affects crop health and yield. Farmers often face difficulties in understanding the exact condition of their soil and the nutrient deficiencies present in it. To solve this problem, the Soil Nutrition Checker is introduced as a smart and practical device that can analyze important soil parameters. It helps users monitor nutrient levels and overall soil condition more easily and efficiently.
Objective:
The Soil Nutrition Checker is designed to help farmers and agricultural users quickly assess the health of their soil. Its main objective is to detect the levels of essential nutrients such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), and identify any deficiencies that may affect crop growth. In addition, the device measures soil pH, humidity, and temperature to provide a complete understanding of soil conditions. This enables users to make informed decisions about fertilizer application and soil management.
Key Features:
The device integrates multiple sensors to deliver accurate and real-time soil data. It can measure NPK levels, soil pH, moisture (humidity), and temperature in a single system. The results are displayed in an easy-to-read format, allowing farmers to quickly understand soil status. The system is portable, user-friendly, and suitable for field use. It may also include digital display or mobile connectivity for better monitoring and data tracking.
Expected Outcome:

Scissors remain an essential hand tool across household, academic, and professional settings, including tailoring, crafting, and office work. However, most conventional designs are limited to a single function and often overlook ergonomics, leading to hand fatigue, discomfort, and reduced control during prolonged use.
This project introduces a multifunctional scissor designed to improve usability, efficiency, and versatility. The design focuses on an ergonomic handle for enhanced comfort and control, while integrating additional features such as a bottle opener, wire cutter, nutcracker, and auxiliary blade. These functions are incorporated without compromising the primary cutting performance or increasing bulk.
By combining multiple utilities into a single compact tool, the design reduces the need for separate instruments, saving time and effort. The result is a practical, user-friendly solution suitable for students, professionals, and everyday users, offering improved productivity and convenience in a wide range of tasks.

Product Description :
LawnVoyager is an innovative smart lawn-care vehicle designed to transform a simple bicycle into a practical, eco-friendly, and multifunctional grass-cutting machine. Unlike conventional lawn mowers, this project introduces a creative mechanical solution where the front wheel of a bicycle is replaced by a rotary mowing unit, allowing the vehicle to move and cut grass at the same time. To enhance efficiency and cleanliness, a rear-mounted grass collector is attached behind the cycle so that cut grass can be gathered immediately during operation. This integrated design reduces extra cleaning effort and makes the mowing process faster, smoother, and more organized.
The main objective of LawnVoyager is to develop a low-cost, sustainable, and user-friendly alternative to traditional fuel-based lawn mowers, which are often expensive, noisy, and environmentally harmful. The system is designed to operate primarily through pedal power, while an optional small motor can be incorporated to improve blade performance and reduce operator effort. By combining mobility, grass cutting, and waste collection in a single compact structure, the product demonstrates both innovation and functionality. Built with common bicycle components, metal framing, cutting blades, and a collection mechanism, LawnVoyager offers affordability, simple maintenance, and practical usability. Product Description :
Voca-Scan is an intelligent food safety monitoring device designed to detect the early stages of food spoilage by sensing volatile gases released from food items. The system uses multiple gas sensors along with environmental sensors to analyze changes in the condition of food. These sensors collect data which is then processed using a microcontroller, and the device provides a clear output indicating whether the food is safe or unsafe for consumption. The product is designed to be fast, reliable, and user-friendly, making it suitable for everyday use in both domestic and commercial environments.
Objective :
The main objective of this project is to develop a system that can detect food spoilage at an early stage and provide a clear and accurate indication of whether the food is safe or unsafe. It also aims to reduce food-borne health risks and minimize food wastage by offering a reliable detection mechanism. Additionally, the project focuses on designing a cost-effective and easy-to-use device that can be used by people without any technical knowledge.
Key Features and Technologies / Materials Used :
The device includes a multi-gas detection system capable of identifying gases such as ammonia, carbon dioxide, methane, and smoke, which are indicators of food spoilage. It provides real-time monitoring and delivers a clear output through a display system showing whether the food is safe or unsafe. The system is designed for fast response and early detection, ensuring timely decision-making. It also features a compact and portable design with improved accuracy and reduced false results, making it highly efficient and user-friendly.The system is built using various sensors and electronic components, including MQ-137, MQ-135, MQ-2, MQ-4, and MG811 gas sensors for detecting different gases. A pH sensor is used for liquid acidity detection, while a DHT22 sensor measures temperature and humidity. The core processing unit is an Arduino Uno microcontroller, which processes all sensor data. The output is displayed on a 20×4 LCD display connected through an I2C module. The system is powered by a battery supply and uses jumper wires for circuit connections.

Soil compaction is a critical factor affecting crop yield, root growth, and construction stability, yet it is often difficult to measure accurately in field conditions. The developed soil penetrometer addresses this challenge by providing a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution for measuring soil resistance.
The primary objective of this product is to accurately evaluate soil compaction to support better agricultural and engineering decisions.
The device operates by pushing a cone-shaped tip into the soil and measuring the resistance force against pe*******on depth. Key features include a pressure meter for real-time readings, a calibrated penetrometer scale, and a durable spring mechanism to ensure consistent measurement.
The product is constructed using materials such as stainless steel and polycarbonate to ensure strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.
Manufacturing processes like lathe machining, injection molding, and CNC turning are used for precision and efficiency. The CareLift Medical Wheelchair is designed to address mobility challenges faced by elderly, disabled and post-surgical patients in Bangladesh. Many homes and small medical facilities lack ramps or elevators, making it difficult for users to move safely using conventional wheelchairs. These limitations increase dependency on caregivers and pose safety risks, especially on stairs, narrow spaces and uneven surfaces.
Problem Statement : In Bangladesh, many elderly, disabled and post-surgical patients face serious mobility challenges because most homes and small medical facilities lack ramps or elevators. Traditional wheelchairs are not suitable for stairs, narrow spaces and uneven surfaces.

Workers frequently rely on unsafe temporary support like bricks or wooden blocks to balance ladders, increasing the likelihood of accidents. Additionally, carrying tools while climbing forces workers to compromise balance, violating safety practices and slowing down operations. These challenges highlight the need for a safer and more adaptable ladder system.
Objective:
The objective of this project is to design a multifunctional industrial ladder that enhances safety, stability, and work efficiency. The aim is to develop a user-friendly, cost-effective solution that allows workers to operate securely on uneven surfaces while improving tool accessibility and reducing physical effort during tasks.
Key Features and Technologies/Materials:
The ladder incorporates adjustable legs with a secure locking mechanism to maintain stability on uneven ground. A gear-driven movable toolbox system enables easy vertical transport of tools, while an adjustable step platform ensures ergonomic comfort during prolonged use.
