𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented "Executive – Sales & Marketing" to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, arranging property visits, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Promote and sell flats, apartments and other real estate properties.
• Generate sales leads through direct marketing, referrals, social media and networking.
• Conduct client meetings and provide detailed information regarding available properties.
• Arrange site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Assist clients throughout the booking, documentation and handover process.
• Maintain a database of prospects, clients and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales or Marketing.

Required Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to convince and close sales deals effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Good presentation and relationship management skills.

Additional Requirements:
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Having a personal network of property buyers will be considered an advantage.
