🔧 Role Overview

This is a full-time remote, project-based role at DesignSilc Digital.
You’ll be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites for international clients.

Your daily work will include:
✓ Developing responsive and user-friendly WordPress websites
✓ Customizing themes, plugins, and page builder layouts
✓ Working with Custom Fields (ACF, MetaBox, JetEngine, etc.)
✓ Implementing front-end and back-end features
✓ Creating smooth animations using GSAP
✓ Optimizing website performance and responsiveness
✓ Collaborating with sales team and project managers
✓ Delivering tasks on time and maintaining quality work

✅ Requirements

✓ We’re looking for someone who is serious, reliable, and committed.
✓ Strong practical experience with WordPress
✓ Proficiency in Page Builders (Elementor, Divi, Bricks, WPBakery, etc.)
✓ Hands-on experience with Custom Fields
✓ Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
✓ Good understanding of GSAP animations
✓ Ability to work independently without supervision
✓ Strong communication skills
✓ Must have a well-configured PC/laptop
✓ Stable high-speed internet connection
✓ Available to work full-time exclusively with DesignSilc Digital
✓ Willing to collaborate on a long-term basis

🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience working with WordPress

- Hands-on experience with Custom Fields (ACF, MetaBox, JetEngine, etc.)
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS
- Basic understanding of PHP and JavaScript

🔧 Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience with WordPress and any page builder (Elementor, Divi, etc.)
- Expertise in form plugins: Formidable, Forminator, Gravity Forms
- Hands-on with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and Crocoblock
- Good design sense (UI/UX understanding)
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Must have a stable internet connection
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

📌 Compensation & Benefits:
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Salary during Probation: 15,000 – 20,000 BDT (based on skills)
- After Probation Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 BDT (based on performance & skillset)
