Mix&Fix Power Bond Tile Adhesive.

A grey, polymer-modified adhesive designed for fixing ceramic and clay tiles, suitable for tile-on-tile, tile-on-mosaic applications, and ideal for both interior and exterior use.

Rising to meet the challenge is Mix & Fix range of new age polymer tile and marble adhesives. Far superior to conventional methods, these tile adhesives break the shackles imposed on your creativity by allowing you to experiment with aesthetics. It has a high shear adhesion strength which makes this product to be used in wet areas like swimming pools, fountains, toilets, bathrooms, kitchens and wash areas.

Application instructions :
Mixing :
▪ Power Bond should be mixed with clean potable water in the ratio of 3: 1 by weight (3 part powder : 1 part water)
▪ A slow speed drill fitted with a mixing paddle is recommended for mixing.
▪ Add powder to water and mix until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved.

Application :
▪ Make sure the concrete of plaster surface is leveled.
▪ Clean from the dust & fragile materials from the surface.
▪ Mixed material should be spread on the substrate up to a uniform thickness, and then combed horizontally with a serrated trowel.
▪ Place tiles firmly into adhesive bed, ensuring good contact with a twisting motion and without leaving any voids.

▪ Suitable spacers should be placed around the tiles.
▪ Do not disturb the fixed tiles up to 24 hours.
