ICDP Training

New ICDP group started in Gazir Vita, Holua Ghat

Progga Eliza Roy and Taiwaba facilitated ICDP training at Mirpur.

Participants of ICDP training said that they benefited greatly from it. They mentioned that if they had received this training before becoming parents, it would have been even more helpful in building a stronger relationship with their children. They believe the training plays a very important role in parent–child bonding.

They also feel that this training should not be limited to women only—men should take part as well. A child grows up with the support of both parents. In our country, there is still a taboo that fathers should not bathe their children, or that some tasks are only for men and others only for women. By attending this training, these myths can be broken.
