Work closely with NOC, System Support, and Transmission teams to ensure uninterrupted services.
Contribute to teamwork and maintain a positive, service-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements:
🎓 BSc or Diploma in Computer Science.
🧠 Basic knowledge of MikroTik routers, managed switches (Cisco, BDCOM), and OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-Data, etc.).
🌐 Familiarity with wireless networking and ISP infrastructure support.
💼 Minimum 1 year of experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector.

সম্মানিত গ্রাহক, সকলের অবগতির জন্য বিশেষ দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি। BTRC এর নির্দেশনা মোতাবেক, বাংলাদেশের সকল IIG Operator থেকে ITC Traffic (Indian Bandwidth) ধাপে ধাপে কমানো হচ্ছে যার ফলে চাহিদানুযায়ী বাড়তি ট্রাফিক BSCCL এর দিকে পর্যায়ক্রমে লোড দেওয়া হচ্ছে। যার কারনে আগামী কয়েক দিন সমগ্র বাংলাদেশের ইন্টারনেট ব্যান্ডউইথ সাময়ীকভাবে সমস্যা হবে। পর্যায়ক্রমে সকল ISP ও IIG Operator দের সার্ভিস পূর্বের ন্যায় স্বাভাবিক হতে কয়েক দিন সময় লাগতে পারে।
