Job Title: Office Administration & Social Media Executive
Workplace: 2nd Floor, Baitul Falah Complex, Sher Shah Suri Rd, Dhaka 1207
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office administration tasks.
Create and publish professional posts on social media.
Design graphics and posters.
Upload and post office bills, invoices, and other financial documents to the portal.
Assist in daily office operations and prepare reports.
Perform other urgent admin and marketing-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Education is not mandatory if you are enough capable.
Proficient in social media usage (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design software.
Commitment to timely task completion and responsible work ethic.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Lunch break: 1 hour)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable
Bonus: 2 (Eid Bonus)
Incentive: Quarterly Attachment
