Job Title: Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness and engagement through BTL operation across the country
- Keep the message consistency across all channels of BTL operation
- Analyze performance success of ongoing campaigns
- Manage all external agencies to bring result in ex*****ons
- Develop and manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ex*****on.
- Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in resources management across the country, data management and daily reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and take proactive leadership.
