We are proud to present the complete architectural design for an ongoing residential project in Bashundhara R/A. For this project, the client envisioned a home that would truly stand apart, and our complete architectural concept was crafted to deliver exactly that.

Defined by strong reference lines, hanging balconies, and generous use of glass, the design creates a striking visual identity while maintaining openness and light. Integrated greenery softens the structure and incorporates a connection to nature itself—going beyond the client’s expectations and reflecting Jamspace’s core ethos of sustainability.

- A recent graduate in Architecture
- Passionate about design (the type who casually judges café interiors rather than the food!)
- Comfortable with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and basic rendering is a must (Lumion/d5 render/enscape)
- Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented but still able to laugh when your layer system collapses

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
- Assist in architectural & interior design projects
- Support the team with drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Join brainstorming sessions (we promise: no idea is too wild)
- Visit sites, coordinate with vendors, and learn how real-life chaos becomes beautiful spaces
- Grow into your own design identity while contributing to ours
