Job Circular: UI/UX Designer (Remote, USA-Based)

Position: UI/UX Designer
Salary Range: 40k–50k BDT per month
Location: Remote (USA-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer with strong English communication skills to join our remote team. If you’re passionate about creating seamless user experiences and have the required experience, we’d love to hear from you.
**Note: Experienced candidates only, freshers will not be considered.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and implement engaging and innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design approach.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, user research, and usability testing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively within a remote, collaborative team environment.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience (freshers will not be considered).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Familiarity with agile development environments.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
