On behalf of Madzvamuse's family, I would like to thank you double, double times for the repatriation of our late loved one Parmela Madzvamuse last month.
She was not a member, and it was mid month. Due to KYC my Botswana account was temporary blocked so there was no means and ways to get help except to source money from Zimbabwe.
Robson umm helped us. We paid only P10 600 as deposit for the process and repatriation from Serowe to Mazvihwa in Zvishavane .
It took us days to get the money and paid all but our program was done.
Where on earth have you heard such help from an international parlor.
The payment delay was caused by Econet Eco cash transaction to Orange🟠 money. Instead of a few minutes transfer, it took 3-4weeks battling for the paid money.
We then ended up enrolling lawyers for the reversal of the over US500 which was paid in Zimbabwe to Botswana.
As a warning don't use eco cash transaction to send money out of Zimbabwe🇿🇼. I even chatted to their hot line saying it was easier had we sent the money by a bicycle rider that was on the 2 second week .
Had it not been Robson' s management understanding we could have paid a lot of money on storages.

Much more thanks again to their Manager Pretty Ganyani for her risk to process our documentary and repatriation in such a situation.
