As part of the Talent Development Programme, De Beers Group, in partnership with the University of Botswana_Official, is offering full sponsorships for exceptional Batswana to pursue PhD or Masters degrees in fields that support Botswana’s long-term growth.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀:
- Renewable Energy
- Marketing Research: Bridging Engineering, Tourism and Sustainability
- Sustainability of Mining Towns post life of mines
- Market Forecasting to predict Diamond Demand

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱:
- Tuition fees
- Monthly stipend
- Research funding
- Local & international conferences (where applicable)

𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:
- Botswana citizens aged 18–35
- Priority will be given to individuals from underprivileged backgrounds
- Admission and participation are subject to meeting the minimum academic requirements for each PhD or Masters programme
