Time for a vulnerable post that i’ve been contemplating whether i should even post or not but decided to because i think maybe it’s a good healing excersice for others to be inspired to do too…

The lessons we learn from the different relationships we experience are very personal to us.

Sometimes they are lessons we have heard before.. but didn’t listen to… or things we have learned before even, but needed further testing to truly get it.

After the heart breaks, we usually want to forget about what happened and move on.

But then once in a while .. a reminder pops up, something that brings us back in time to the feeling we had before we had learned those lessons. We may react calmly with perspective, or we may not, momentarily forgetting that we are not in that situation that made us feel that way in the past.

It’s definitely a journey when it comes to healing from past wounds. But i’d like to think, that if it wasn’t for all those painful lessons … i wouldn’t actually be the person i am today…

“Today me” is strong and is someone i definitely can say i am proud of.

So when i look back at the different people who’ve come and gone from my life, i see lessons in their tracks… lessons im thankful for and so i decided to write out the main lessons i learned from my most prevalent relationships, so to see the reason each person came into my life, and how they made me a stronger, wiser person.

The words might seem simple .. and something you’ve heard before 👀 … but i tell ya…. for some reason we just gotta experience those lessons for ourselves don’t we?! 🤪🫠 ah well, tis life.

I feel very vulnerable posting these up for some reason and obviously these are my own personal beliefs from my own experiences blah blah, but i think it’s an excersice worth trying if you’re on your own healing journey. it feels kind of like closure or something along those lines 🤔 .. maybe, making sense of things. That’s it. haha 😂😋🥹

And really.. when it starts to all make sense, that’s when you start to see the beauty in it… Your pain was never for nothing. 💜
