Adults view the world through their child’s eyes. and even if only for a short time become believers once again. Our goal is to create an experience that you and your family will never forget. This is the most unique Santa visit you’ll ever experience!
You and your family will follow clues throughout the Town of Banff to search for Santa’s Secret Hideaway! Once you’ve discovered your final destination, your personalized visit with Santa will be a meaningful, magical moment in time – an experience you won’t soon forget!
Your help will be needed to make sure Santa knows who your child is and has information about them that only the real Santa could possibly know.
Your family will have 10 minutes to talk with Santa. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture candid photos of the magical meeting. You’ll receive 10 digital downloads and each child will receive a small gift to cherish.

Storytime with Santa & Mrs. Claus | Adults $15 Children $25

This small group adventure will allow you to join Mrs. Claus for story time but watch out for that sneaky Santa to make an appearance!
Families will have the opportunity to listen to Mrs. Claus read a classic Christmas story and then interact with Santa in a casual group setting followed by a short private visit. All experiences will be socially distanced for your safety and enjoyment.
This Santa adventure is for people wanting to share a Santa experience with their friends and families. A maximum of 6 cohort groups (of not more than 6 people each) will be permitted in the space and each cohort group will be socially distanced from one another.
A professional photographer will be on hand to capture candid photos during your visit with Santa. Photo package includes 5 digital photos for you to download and enjoy!

Santa Scavenger Hunt | Per Group $35

Take part in a fun and exciting adventure through the streets of Banff. Using technology, find items on the scavenger hunt, solve puzzles and riddles, submit photos or videos and earn extra points for finishing tasks. There’s even bonus points for completing daring missions (if you’re brave enough). Check in at specific locations along the way and see if your team can come out on top.
This experience is purely digital and socially distanced as tickets are sold per time slot to control numbers. The total duration is approximately 1 hour.
