- Dependable hiking shoes
- house slippers, socks, or flip flops for indoors
- 2 CompaSS t-shirts
- 2 pants for daily acitivity
- mosquito head-nets (can be found in Walmart, outdoors section)
- sunscreen
- citronella oil or cream (rumored to repel insects)
- Cultivation equipment (for those who have it); sash, robe, sitting cloth, dharma jewels
