Important note: all shaker cups are terrible and you should use a blender like a Magic Bullet or Ninja. No compromises.
Also; Protein shakes are not a solution to a protein deficiency in a diet. However, tasty shakes are a solid solution to a protein enjoyment deficiency.
To be clear; protein shakes (and supplements in general) are not the best (or even a good) way to get to your targets for the day - but they're a terrific way to bridge the gap if you're struggling to get your nutrition under control.
Some of my favourite shakes are;
Banana, blueberry & vanilla protein
Banana strawberry & vanilla... Sometimes chocolate
For extra calories;
Banana, peanut butter and chocolate protein
Near bed time… not for protein:
Cherry & a touch of vanilla protein
I rarely enjoy the mixed berry blends for some reason.
