Spring has arrived!! Spring has a way of reminding me that growth is always possible. Easter weekend is early this year but for me it always marks the shift from winter to spring...there are bits of green grass poking up, birds singing and horses without winter blankets.

In my practice—especially alongside the horses—this season feels extra meaningful. Healing isn’t rushed. It unfolds in its own time, often quietly at first, building strength beneath the surface before it’s ever visible.

I have the privilege of watching both people and horses move through their own journeys of trust, connection, and growth… and it never stops being powerful. I'm so grateful for this.

As everything begins to bloom, it’s a gentle reminder: change is happening, even when it feels slow.
